	Sign-In  Register            Ag Classes Nederland offers 7 different agriculture classes to 9-12th graders. Please talk to the counselors before applying for any of these classes. Advance Animal class will count as a science credit. Principles of Agriculture (1 credit) Wildlife and Fisheries (1 credit) Small Animal Management (.5 credit) Advance Animal Science (1 credit) Equine Science (.5 credit) Practicum of AFNR (1-2 credits) Advanced Practicum of AFNR (1 credit) Principles of Agriculture, Small Animal, Equine, and Wildlife are offered to 9-12th . Advance Animal is 11th - 12th grades only and you must have taken Small Animal or Equine Practicum of AFNR is offered to 11-12th grade and includes food processing. Advanced Practicum of AFNR is restricted to 12th grade. Both classes offer students a chance to learn proper food handling, processing as a career, and offer pre-vet courses with training in clinics. Wildlife offers every student a chance to earn their hunters and boaters education.
